Portland Insight Meditation Community
Whether we’re facilitating a meeting, arguing with a loved one, or volunteering with a community group, our ability to collaborate effectively can make the difference between a meaningful outcome and a stalemate. Join NVC Trainer and meditation teacher Oren Jay Sofer for this half-day workshop exploring how our contemplative practice and communication skills can create the conditions for effective collaboration.
