Continuing Education and Professional Credits

  • We no longer offer Continuing Education Credits for licensed health professionals, mental health providers, or coaches. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • We are a small team so thank you in advance for your support by reviewing all information on this page before emailing us with questions.

This page summarizes the credits available for classes and trainings hosted by Oren. For events sponsored by other organizations, groups, or meditation centers, please contact them directly to learn if they offer CE credits or certificates and how to apply.

Certificates of Completion

At this time, we only offer a Certificate of Completion for the Say What You Mean Online Course Series. You will automatically receive your Certificate of Completion after completing the training. If you are a teacher or educational professional, you can use this Certificate to apply for Teacher/Educator Professional Credits – further details are included below.

For meditation retreats and other types of training, we can offer a receipt confirming your enrollment upon request.

Professional Credits for Teachers and Educators

courses4teachers

Professional credits for educators are provided by Courses4Teachers through the University of the Pacific, which is fully accredited with the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. These units are Graduate-Level Professional Development Semester Units/Credits intended to help teachers advance on the salary scale or to renew credentials.

For each Say What You Mean course*, 1 graduate level professional development semester credits is available. To obtain the credit(s), you are required to complete a minimum of 15 hours of professional development work. This can be met through a combination of watching all of the course video recordings, participating in or watching recordings of the monthly live Q&A / Communication Coaching calls, doing course readings, homework, and partner practices.

  • *NOTE: If you took a SWYM course LIVE in 2024, you are eligible for 2 graduate level professional credits.

Cost: $99 additional fee, paid to the University of the Pacific via the Courses4Teachers website. Please review their information here for more details. Please be sure you are aware of the requirements before your training begins. Note that you have one year from the date on your Certificate of Completion to apply to Courses4Teachers for your professional credits.
